• Email unlimited@waterdropscarwash.com with your full name, reason for cancellation, the phone number on your account, and the last 4 digits of your RFID barcode.

Voicemails do not constitute a valid cancellation request — use the portal or email before your renewal date. Cancelling one membership does not cancel the others: each vehicle is its own account with its own RFID barcode.

• If your card is simply expiring, your bank usually notifies our processor automatically and the details update themselves.
• If it was lost or stolen, log in to the Member Portal and update it there.
• Or pause the account — next time you visit, the kiosk will prompt you to reactivate with your new card.
• Or call the Unlimited Drops Membership team at (818) 914-4341.

• Sign up through the online store, or visit any location — the kiosk will prompt you to pick a package and insert your card.
• Cash is not accepted for memberships, since it is a recurring charge.

• We offer monthly and yearly plans, and both renew on the anniversary day.
• For example, if you sign up on 4/12, a monthly plan bills again on 5/12.
